After the application is submitted:
Place a stake with flag or ribbon where the driveway intersects the roadway to mark the location. Once the
address number is issued, place a temporary sign with your address in the same location. This will be utilized by
the field crew to locate utilities and place the permanent sign.
This application does not assign addresses within the Cities of Washburn and Bayfield.
Do not use the browser's Go Back or Go Forward buttons.
